With over 20 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, and the service industry, I’ve built my career around developing people and creating high performing teams. Throughout my career, I’ve lead high volume environments where strong culture, clear communication, and empowered employees directly drive business success.
One of my greatest passions is developing leaders. I’ve mentored and coached numerous direct reports who have gone on to earn leadership roles of their own. I’ve also designed and implemented Assistant Store Manager development programs across multiple organizations, helping emerging leaders gain the skills, confidence and business acumen needed to lead effectively.
Beyond day-to-day operations, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level, participating in organizational think tanks focused on improving performance, leadership development, and culture. The stores and teams I have led consistently delivered strong results, not just because of operational excellence, but because of the intentional cultures built around accountability, trust, and growth.
Today, I bring that same passion for leadership development and organizational culture to my work - helping managers become stronger leaders, have more effective teams, and create environments where both people and performance thrive.
